These terms govern your use of CueForge at cue-forge.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. This document is a plain-language summary, not legal advice.

The Service

CueForge is a browser-based tool for converting, repairing, quality-checking and re-syncing subtitle files. The free tier is provided at no cost; CueForge Pro unlocks additional broadcast formats and features via a paid subscription.

CueForge Pro subscription

• Pro is sold as an annual subscription and grants continued access to Pro features.
• Payments and billing are handled by our payments provider (Lemon Squeezy) as merchant of record. Their checkout terms and refund policy apply to the transaction.
• You receive a licence key, activated locally in the app. A short offline grace period keeps Pro working without a connection; access ends after the subscription lapses past that grace.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the files you process and for your rights to them. Don't use the Service unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, or resell access. Licence keys are for your own use.

No warranty & liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Subtitle conversion and QC are best-effort; you are responsible for verifying output before delivery. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CueForge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
