Refund Policy

This policy covers CueForge Pro, the paid subscription for CueForge at cue-forge.com. The free tier is provided at no cost, so there is nothing to refund there.

7-day free trial

CueForge Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends — cancel any time before then and you pay nothing. You can cancel during the trial from the customer portal or your Lemon Squeezy receipt.

How payments and refunds are handled

CueForge Pro is sold through our payments provider, Lemon Squeezy, acting as the merchant of record. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, and their checkout terms also apply to the transaction. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After the trial, and renewals

When the trial ends, Pro begins as an annual subscription and renews each year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you are charged after the trial, or for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 7 days of that charge and we will work with you on a refund.

How to cancel or request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your purchase, or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Include your licence key or order number so we can find your purchase quickly. We aim to respond within two business days.

Your consumer rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory rights you may have. Consumers in the EU, UK and some other regions may have additional rights, such as a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases, which apply regardless of the guarantee above.
