Verified presets carry thresholds cited to the platform's published spec; baseline presets are sensible defaults, not a platform standard. Every limit is editable in the app, and the QC report names the preset it ran. Read the Netflix subtitle requirements guide for where these numbers come from. Delivering under the EAA, ADA or FCC?
